SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS firs class for a flat rate of $10 to cover shipping and handling. Larger orders of 3 or more, will be shipped via UPS and the cost of your shipment will depend on its origin, destination, service, package weight and other considerations as needed by UPS. Maine residents are subject to 5.5% sales tax upon checkout.

Timber Ceramics currently only ships to the United States except for special requests. To inquire about international shipping, please contact me at timber ceramics@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Timber Ceramics is a very small business run by a one (sometimes two!) man band. While I do not offer cash returns, I will gladly exchange your item for another item of equal value or provide a gift certificate in exchange for items returned in original condition. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please contact me at timberceramics@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt to make arrangements for your return. Please note, buyer is responsible for paying any costs associated with shipping your return to Timber Ceramics. Custom orders are made just for you and are not eligible for returns.
